The breakfast was freshly cooked, the staff were polite. Central downtown location, really close to Market Square, cute, though the area was average. Rooms were very affordable and extremely pleasant, with a great bed. They made my stay peaceful. Outstanding service at all times too.
Wi-Fi was slow.

The rooms with a great view and a single queen size bed, as example. Location close to quaint downtown Knoxville and downtown and Market Square. Btw, we went to see the lake, it was 10 minutes walk from the hotel. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

Impeccable room, good pool, luxurious bathroom. So many appetising options for breakfast, such as cereals and pancakes. Efficient check-in and the staff was sweet.

Everything was nice, fairly clean hotel, great location in downtown. Excellent breakfast, good service. Climate control, a personal safe and a writing desk available in the king room. Late check-out was useful.

I appreciated staying in a minimalist building. The staff was impeccable every time you dealt with them. The pool was clean. The location was gorgeous, not very far from a market square. The beach nearby was pristine and the view was relaxing.
Beds were a little hard.

Breakfast was great, room was impressive and impressive. The staff did all they can for a restful stay. An amazing beach, PLEASANT view. The hotel had an executive bar and an average restaurant.

The property met the criteria, we would love to come back. Near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Ordered diner at their on-site restaurant Marble City Cafe.

It was next to everything and the view was great! We had goodies and coffee at Pete's Coffee Shop, it was located short walk from the venue. Nice place for a 1-night stay.

Great hotel for acceptable prices. Perfect location to McGhee Tyson airport, just 25 minutes by car. Fantastic base for city trip in Knoxville. We will be returning here soon.
